Service 01
Feasibility Study
Our feasibility study services establish whether a project is technically sound, economically viable, and financially deliverable before significant capital is committed. Working across every stage of design engineering, we evaluate technical feasibility through detailed geotechnical investigation and site assessment, assess economic feasibility by comparing alternative engineering solutions against cost and constructability, and support financial feasibility by quantifying ground-related risk that would otherwise surface as unbudgeted variation during construction.
Our assessment covers alternative route and site evaluation, preliminary cost estimation, construction methodology review, and regulatory and environmental viability — giving clients a clear, evidence-based basis for investment decisions rather than assumptions carried forward into design.
Following the assessment, we prepare and submit a comprehensive feasibility report presenting the key findings, engineering considerations, alternative options, identified risks, and recommended way forward, supporting the transition from initial concept into detailed design and subsequent project stages.
Deliverables: Feasibility Study Report, Technical Assessment Report, Options and Alternative Solutions Assessment (if applicable), and Risk Assessment.
Service 02
Design & Drawing
Following the feasibility and investigation stage, we transform site data and project requirements into practical, safe, and economical engineering solutions. Our design approach integrates geotechnical understanding with engineering principles, constructability, project requirements, and cost considerations.
A. Engineering Calculations — detailed analysis for foundations, retaining structures, slopes, earth-retaining systems, ground improvement and excavation support, using appropriate analytical methods and, where needed, numerical and finite element modelling.
B. Engineering Drawings — general arrangement, setting-out, foundation, retaining structure, slope stabilization, drainage and detailed construction drawings, coordinated and construction-ready.
C. BOQ & Cost Planning — Bills of Quantities and quantity schedules that support tender preparation, cost control, and comparison of alternative engineering solutions.
Deliverables: Design basis reports, structural calculations, GA and detail drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and construction methodology statements.
Service 03
Project Execution
Our involvement doesn't end at the drawing board. We support clients through construction with on-site engineering assistance, method review, and coordination between design intent and site execution — helping keep projects on programme and on budget.
